- The closed dealDeal type, signing and closing dates, and which documents are in the closing set (SPA, disclosure schedules, TSA, side letters).
- What you have after closingWhich reports you received (monthly accounts, compliance certificates, KPI reports, board packs), how far back they go, and whether you know how the deal went.
- Whether you want an NDAOptional. We send ours or sign yours.
